Are Children welcome?

Your little ones are welcome and invited to to all of the wedding events. 

 Krystal Grand has an abundance of activities for children including karaoke, pool parties, splash park, piñata party, arts & crafts, and much more.

Can I bring a guest?

While we are excited to have you join us to celebrate our special day, we understand that this is also your vacation!


Feel free to bring a guest – just be sure to include their details when you RSVP.

What documentation do I need to travel lto Mexico?

You will need to have a valid passport, and it will need to be valid for at least 6 months upon entering Mexico.

How do I secure my spot?

You will need to contact Courtney Pilon . There will be a deposit of $250.00 per person package. This deposit is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do you pay in Mexico?

The official currency of Mexico is the peso. Generally, the "$" symbol refers to prices in pesos, while prices quoted in US dollars are indicated as US$. While it is convenient to withdraw pesos from ATMs using major Visa and MasterCard, it is advisable to carry a small amount of cash that can be exchanged at banks or exchange offices in case ATMs are not available. What to pack when travelling to Mexico?

What you pack will depend on the nature of your trip. Keep in mind that you’ll be traveling to a Caribbean climate, which is generally warm but may have occasional cooler days. Be sure to pack versatile clothing that can be easily layered, along with a pair of beach sandals and comfortable walking shoes suitable for exploring the jungle. Other essentials include sunscreen, a sun hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, a windbreaker, and a basic first aid kit.

Do I need insurance?

If you require medical treatment in Mexico and do not have travel insurance, you will be responsible for paying for the treatment upfront. Even if your current health insurance provides coverage in Mexico, you may still need to pay for services before receiving reimbursement. In addition to health-related concerns, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against theft or loss of belongings.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The resorts are very accommodating when it comes to allergies and food sensitivities. We will notify the food and beverage department in advance of your arrival. Please inform Courtney of any dietary needs at the time of booking.
