Join us for the sunset, drinks and passed apps to welcome everyone to Belize on Thursday and get this party started.
Event will have music, light bites and a signature drink to enjoy. Enjoy the views of both sides of the island from the top!
Guests are welcome to make their own dinner plans after.
Attire is casual and tropical. We know everyone has great resort fits.
Party Catamaran for the Group
Join us for an optional snorkel trip to visit the amazing Belize Barrier Reef just minutes off the shore of Alaia.
We have organized a sign up to join us on a group trip on board a fun double decker Catamaran that will take us to some of Belize's best snorkeling spots, Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley.
There will be a sign up sent and the trip is $90 pp which can be billed to your room at Alaia. The trip includes two amazing spots to snorkel the Belize Barrier Reef, drinks, ceviche, and fun times with the bride and groom.
The reef is very special and one of the amazing wonders of Belize! We hope you all can make it.
The boat will pick us up on the dock at Alaia around 10 am. Trip is around 3 hours so we will be back around lunchtime.
You will need swimsuit, sunscreen (reef safe), hat, sunglasses, and good vibes.
Join us for Dinner, Drinks and Live Music
We will head to San Pedro town to enjoy dinner at Palapa Bar. Dinner, drinks and music will be provided.
Palapa Bar is on a pier over the water and is super causal.
Attire is casual. Be comfortable! It's hot and tropical.
Guests will need to take golf carts to Palapa Bar. We recommend grouping up so there are less carts for parking.
Option to hit the town and Sunset Lounge post dinner.
Recovery and Fun in the Sun
Join us on Sunday as we recover from the epic wedding party by lounging at Belize's not so secret anymore, Secret Beach.
This part of the island has white sands and no sargassum (seaweed)! You can lounge on the beach and hang out at tables in the water while drinking local rum drinks and eating fresh ceviche. There are also paddle boards, jet skis and water park activities to rent.
There are three ways to get there: golf cart, boat and taxi. We recommend the golf cart so there is flexibility in when you leave and you can explore more of the island. It is about 45 mins in the golf cart and same time via the boat.
More details will be sent to the group!
Option to stop at The Truck Stop on the way home. This is San Pedro's container bar and hang out. Super fun and there are options for dinner too.
Lobster, Lobster, and Lobster!
San Pedro celebrates lobster season every year with two weeks of events. We happen to be there for the second week and finale of Lobster Fest. There are daytime activities and night time activities to check out.
Their FB PAGE is the best source for all the action and where to get the lobster.
Check out the schedule on their FB page
If you like lobster, you will be amazed at how good they are in this region as well as reasonably priced.
