Covid Requirements

For the Health and Safety of our guest, the New Orleans Museum of Art requires that all in attendance provide proof of vaccination, negative PCR Covid test, molecular, or antigen test.

“To prove vaccination status, people can use the LA Wallet app, the original CDC vaccine card, or a photocopy or digital photo of both sides of the card.”

Seating is limited at Christ Church as it strictly adheres to
Covid gathering regulations. 

For those interested in going directly to the reception, we have scheduled buses to pick you up from The Loews, Ritz Carlton, Roosevelt, and Windsor Court Hotels. The buses have no mask requirement but will require you to show a vaccination card, negative PCR test,  molecular, or antigen test.


Itinerary

Wedding Day

4:00 pm HOTARD COACHES picks up guests at Windsor Court, Roosevelt, The Ritz Carlton & Loews and brings them to CHRIST CHURCH CATHEDRAL

5:00 pm Optional Ceremony Begins at Christ Church Cathedral

Seating is limited at Christ Church as it strictly adheres to Covid gathering regulations. If you are not vaccinated, you are required to wear a mask. We understand this could be an issue for some and encourage you to meet us at the reception.

5:30 pm Reception Only: HOTARD COACHES picks up guests at Windsor Court, Roosevelt, The Ritz Carlton & Loews and brings them to New Orleans Museum of Art.

6:00 PM Cocktail hour begins on front steps of NOMA

7:00 PM Reception Begins in NOMA

10:00 PM CHARTER BUS brings guests to hotels who want to leave early

11:15 PM HOTARD COACHES bring guests back to hotels

GW Fins

Best upscale seafood in the City. Located in the FQ. One of my all time favorite places for seafood.

Cafe Du Monde

Best beignets in New Orleans. Located right off of Jackson square. This is a must if you have never been to Nola. Warning: Cash Only! 

Meril

An Emeril Lagasse restaurant in Downtown New Orleans. My favorite small plates and atmosphere. The Bar is always fun too!
