Please follow these simple instructions when you're ready to book your room:

STEP 1: REVIEW THE DETAILS BELOW.
Please review all the information below regarding the resort and rooms available to book. The prices of the rooms are listed per person.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR ROOM.
When you know your travel dates and which room you'd like to book, go ahead and complete the reservation form (below).

STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR INVOICE.
After you have submitted the reservation form, Megan or Cara will email you an official invoice + a travel insurance quote.

STEP 4: APPLY YOUR DEPOSIT.
Once you have reviewed all the details and the insurance quote, you will pay the deposit. After the deposit is processed you will receive an updated invoice showing the remaining balance.

STEP 5: YOU'RE BOOKED!
Now it's time to book your flights, if you haven't done so already. Once you book your flights, you can forward your flight confirmation to Cara.

You will receive plenty of email reminders from Bridie Travel reminding you to make a monthly payment (if you wish), to submit your flight info and a final payment reminder. You will also receive more information as you get closer to travel to help you better prepare for your trip.

OCTOBER 2024 UPDATE -
As of this time we are currently sold out of rooms for the group. If you still need a room, please complete the Reservation Request Form using one of the *ON REQUEST* room category options.

You will receive an invoice for your pending reservation with your deposit amount. Deposit are due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

Once you submit your deposit payment we will request your room be added to the group via the hotel. Once confirmed via the hotel you will be notified that your room is confirmed. If the requested room is unavailable we will provide additional options for you to review.

Please allow up to 1 week to receive confirmation.

BEACH ADVISORY AT HARD ROCK: Due to strong currents that could lead even the most experienced swimmers to dangerous conditions, it is not safe for guests to swim in the ocean. It is strongly recommend keeping your distance from the shore.

We are holding 50 rooms for either a 7 or 4 night stay.
10 rooms are held for 7 night stays for travel May 28 - June 4, 2025.
40 rooms are held for 4 night stays for travel May 29 - June 2, 2025.
A 3 night minimum is required for every reservation.

Details for each of these rooms and the per person price based on your length of stay is listed below, under each room category.

If you want to stay outside of the contracted travel dates please submit a room reservation request and we will be happy to provide you with a customized quote. Please note that group rates may not be available when staying outside of the group travel dates.

What Does The Rate Include?
The rate includes all of your taxes and fees (unless otherwise noted), as well as private group round-trip airport/resort/airport transfers.

*Rate does NOT include airfare or optional travel protection.

How to Book Your Room?
Review the available room categories and prices below and then fill out a Reservation Request Form via the link below listed under each room category. When you complete the reservation form, be sure to include your travel dates and the room category of your choice. If you want/need a specific room be sure to reserve your room as early as possible as there are limited quantities of each room type available in the group contract. A member of the Bridie Travel team will respond to your request within 48 business hours.

Roommate Information:
If sharing a room with guests outside of your family here are tips when filling out the Reservation Request Form:
• Include the 2nd guest’s email address under ‘Email Address 2’ so both guests will receive a copy of the invoice along with future emails from Bridie Travel that are related to your trip.
• If you and your roommate live at different addresses, include the second passenger’s contact info (email, phone and home address) in the “notes” field on the reservation request form.
• If you would like each roommate to have a separate invoice please note this in the “notes” section.

DEPOSIT
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person (+ optional travel insurance) is due no later than Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

If submitting your room request following the September 25, 2024 deadline, all deposits will be 48 hours after receiving your invoice.

FINAL PAYMENT
All final payments are due by Wednesday, January 8, 2025 by 6pm CST.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

IMPORTANT! Submit your flight info to Bridie Travel no later than Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

After you book your flight you’ll need to submit your flight itinerary to us. We need this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your Puerto Vallarta (PVR) arrival and departure transfers, in addition to keeping us notified of your arrival and departure for planning wedding events.

You can submit your flights one of two ways:
1. Enter your flight information via the online form that will be emailed out closer to your departure date.
OR
2. Forward a screenshot of your arrival and departure fights showing your airline, flight number, arrival/departure dates and times, as well as your confirmation number from the airline to Cara. Flight schedules can be forwarded at any time.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc.

Bridie Travel uses Travel Insured. The Worldwide Trip Protector with Cancel For Any Reason gives you the extra flexibility of knowing you can cancel your trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Worldwide Trip Protector plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 75% of your non-refundable trip cost back. It includes benefits like trip cancellation protection, primary emergency medical benefits, 24-hour travel assistance, and more. This plan also has smart benefits that can proactively pay your clients and simplify the claims process with no receipts required.

IMPORTANT: ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ MUST be purchased at the time of booking. You cannot add ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ after your initial deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance though after the deposit date.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). We will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. You will be required to accept or decline insurance coverage when you make your deposit.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Bridie Travel will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 50 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfers. Bridie Travel is confident in their pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Bridie Travel, please allow them an opportunity to price match.
