To make things simple, we've hired a Destination Event Specialist to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've selected to stay at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and would encourage you to stay with us!
About Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres
This white sand beachfront resort is ideal for those seeking a sophisticated and luxurious getaway with an all-inclusive resort. Your stay includes unlimited visits to the restaurants, unlimited premium liquor, and more. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is located just 20 minutes north of Cancun.
Some inclusions are:
• Welcome cocktail and refreshing towel upon arrival.
• Free WI-FI throughout the entire resort.
• 7 restaurants, 6 of them à la carte for dinner. Unlimited visits allowed to all restaurants, reservations are required only in the Bistro Restaurant, which is adults only (+18yrs), or the Kabuki (7 Teppanyaki tables). Dress code applies.
• 12 bars located in different areas of the hotel, including 6 swim-up bars. Please note that 4 bars are exclusive for Elegance Club clients and are not available to those in the family section.
• House wine (red, white, rose plus sparkling wine) with meals and at the bars.
• Twelve pools plus some with integrated Jacuzzis.
• The following non-motorized water sports are included: windsurfing, catamaran, snorkel equipment, kayaks, paddle boards.

All rooms at the Majestic Elegance are furnished with the highest quality materials and include all the facilities you would expect in a luxury resort. European marble, king size bed or double size beds, open bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower offering three functions (rain, massage, and soft). Independent room service door, smart TV, independent air conditioning control, telephone, free WIFI, mini bar, safety deposit box, coffee machine, desk, and garment steamer.
Many details are below, but here are a few important things to note:
-Only have one person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Please don't have two people in the same room fill out the form.
-We recommend groups of 2 adults reserve rooms for optimal comfort.
-Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. There is no need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico.
-Please place your deposit with our Destination Event Specialist as soon as possible to guarantee availability and discounted pricing.

You don't have to pay all at once. Book early and make payments when it is convenient for you. Once you have completed the reservation booking form, it will give JCo Travel permission to process your payments on that particular card for any amount you choose and how often you like. The closest airport to Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is Cancun International Airport (CUN).
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can and securing flights that work best with your schedule. You can reserve your flights directly with your preferred airline. Please plan to arrive 24 – 36 hours before the wedding day in case of any delays or cancellations. A friendly reminder that the wedding is Friday, April 22, 2022. Book your flight home on the next day or later.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight and hotel as a package, this can be arranged with our Destination Event Specialist. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question, and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
If you arrive at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres before the check-in time, you can utilize all of the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other essentials to take advantage of the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

Your passport must be valid six months from the return date.
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight, and the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.
Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport or need to renew your passport, please do this as soon as possible. Processing time can be up to 10 – 12 weeks. Expedited service is 4 – 6 weeks.
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from the return date.

A month before travel, you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available in the area. If you would like to secure excursions sooner than that, feel free to do so with Project Expedition.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Destination Event Specialist will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms; however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an all-inclusive room rate.
Please note that transfers are only to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and include only Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres where the wedding is taking place. Transfers to another resort or destination are not included.
If you decide to stay at a different hotel/Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and the wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees. Daily pass and resort fees will apply.
