We met through a mutual friend (shout out to Dougie!) who called me one night and asked if I was single. I was! In fact, at that very moment I was crying in my disco shower with a full glass of red in hand over the slim pickins’ on Bumble.
I agreed to a date as long as my friend and his fiancé would be accompanying us, he assured me that they would be there. Lies! As I sat and waited at the bar I saw Justin walk in, we got to talking, it was easy conversation, good company and we had so much in common. Before we knew it over an hour had passed and we realized our friend was not showing up, we decided to go to another bar and as we were walking down the street our friend jumped out from behind a bush, he said “I knew you guys would hit it off because you both like to talk.”
Well we’ve been talking ever since and it’s been nothing short of amazing.
