Why St. Ephrem's?
Marie attended school at St. Ephrem's from Kindergarden though Eighth Grade (as did her siblings and some of her bridesmaids!). She also received communion and confirmation here, and was an altar server for many years... all on the very altar she will be wed. Monsignor Kain, who has known the Carillo family for over a decade will be leading the ceremony. The Carillo's have lived around the corner from St. Ephrem's since Marie was born, so it has been an important part of her life for as long as she can remember.
