I convinced our mutual friend (thanks, Char) to get Maralena to come to a party I was hosting. The night ended with an exchange of numbers and the rest is history!

Both in pharmacy school, our first date was actually at Ebling Library! However, this study date ended down the street at Blue Moon where we didn't have to speak in a whisper :)

After COVID ruined my original proposal idea, I had to think quickly for a plan B. With the help of our families, I was able to bring Maralena back down to Picnic Point where it all started.

After spending some time in Milwaukee and Lake Mills, we finally made it back to our favorite city! We bought our first house and have been spending our weekends staying busy with projects and decorating!
