All events are taking place at The Gathered. The shuttles (refer below) will drop you off at the venue at 3:00 PM with the ceremony starting at 3:30 PM. Please note there is very limited parking at the venue - we would appreciate you using the shuttles provided!

Cocktail hour to follow the ceremony and then dinner and dancing. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We have reserved a block of discounted rooms at Sandman Hotel & Suites Calgary West. Please use reservation block ID 285547 when booking to get our group rate. We recommend getting your reservation sorted ASAP as the rooms are going fast!

The shuttles will be picking up and dropping off from this location so if you choose to stay elsewhere, there is free available parking in the area or we recommend taking an Uber or Taxi to and from The Sandman before and after pick up and drop off.

Arrival:

Shuttles will be picking up from Sandman Hotel & Suites Calgary West parking lot at 2:15 PM and will arrive at The Gathered at 3:00 PM.

Departure:

We have provided two options for departure from The Gathered back to the hotel.

A 10:00 PM shuttle will be provided for those who wish to leave a bit earlier.

Two shuttles will depart at midnight for the remainder of the guests.

Heads up, our venue is outdoors! The ceremony will be taking place outside, weather permitting, followed by the cocktail hour on the lawns. The reception will be held inside a covered tent that can be closed off in case of extreme weather.

The dress code is semi-formal, but be prepared for any weather changes. Ladies, keep in mind that the majority of the day will be on grass and gravel.

Tired of hanging out with us yet? Come join us the morning after for a casual brunch to send us off into married life. There will be food, drink, and quality time with friends and family.

We will be leaving for our honeymoon on September 12, so this will be a good chance for goodbyes until we return in November.
