We're getting married - and we can't wait to celebrate our special day with you!

We’ve created this website as a convenient way to share all of the important details in the lead up to our wedding, including information on travel and hotel accommodations.

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our ceremony and reception adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

About Primrose Cottage

Located near the 'Teaching' Museum and 'Smith' Plantation in the heart of historic Roswell, we knew Primrose Cottage was the perfect venue for our wedding! Roswell King, a long-time resident of Saint Simons Island, Georgia, built the home for his daughter in 1839. Featuring English Gardens and floor-to-ceiling windows in the Overlook Ballroom, the space offers gorgeous views of its natural surroundings - combined with a dash of Southern elegance!

Note: If you plan to take advantage of the open bar, please remember to bring your ID!

Parking Info

Guest may either park on the street or in the lot directly behind Roswell First Baptist Church (located next to Primrose Cottage).

Travel
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Transportation

Atlanta is home to the world's busiest airport... and some of the worst rush hour traffic imaginable. Welcome to our city! :)

For those of you that are flying in, you can either rent a car or use rideshare transportation services (ex: Uber, Lyft). For the latter, head to the baggage claim area and follow the rideshare signs.

The trip from the airport to the Avalon area is 35 miles (about 45 minutes) - or a $40 Uber/Lyft.

Please note: Rush hour begins at 3:30pm and can last as late as 7:30pm. Due to the distance between the airport and the Avalon area, we recommend avoiding traveling on the roads during these times if at all possible.

Dining

Our Faves

Antico Pizza Napoletano

Arguably the best pizza in Atlanta. We recommend the Lasagna pizza - and don't forget to grab a scoop of nutella gelato next door at Caffè Antico.

The El Felix

Tex-Mex at its finest! Enjoy one (or two) of the house margaritas, and find someone to split the Parilla Mixta fajitas with.

Butcher & Brew

Featuring 20 craft beers on tap and flat-screens tuned to sports, this gastropub serves up elevated bar food like pork belly corn dogs, green egg smoked pastrami sandwiches, and gourmet bowls.

Scream'n Nuts

The neighborhood donut and ice cream shop with a menu that rotates daily.

Coalition Food & Beverage

Recover from the weekend's festivities with Sunday brunch at this diner-inspired restaurant. The Bloody Mary is supposed to be out of this world!
