Airports

Naples Airport (NAP)

The easiest way to reach Maiori is by flying directly into Naples International Airport (NAP), which is the closest major airport to the Amalfi Coast.

From there, we recommend booking a private transfer for a smooth and scenic drive to Maiori, which takes about 1.5 hours. This is the most convenient and stress-free option.

Rome Airport (FCO)

Alternatively, from Rome Airport (FCO), you can schedule a private transfer to Maiori. Please note that the drive takes approximately 3 hours which will also raise the price of transfer. If you'd like to book a tour along the way, this is also possible through the transporation service.

If you plan to visit Rome before the wedding, we recommend doing so a few days in advance to allow for a more relaxed journey down to the Amalfi Coast. This way, you can enjoy the sights of Rome without feeling rushed and arrive in Maiori refreshed and ready for the festivities.

TRANSPORTATION

Private Transfer

Book your private transfer from the airport (FCO or NAP). This is the most comfortable and seamless option especially if you have a decent amount of luggage. Your driver will meet you at the airport and drive you directly to your accommodations in Maiori.

Please review the Guest Transfer Booking Guide below before booking your transportation on the Amalfi Coast.

TRAVEL FAQS

Please be sure that your passport is valid for up to 6 months from the time of travel.

Currency: Italy uses the Euro (EUR) - It's best to order cash from your bank before traveling. Do not bring USD to exchange. Credit cards are accepted in most places, but not everywhere — some local taxis and small vendors may only take cash for example.

Cell Phone: Please contact your carrier for International data and messaging plans. Wifi is widely available throughout the region. We’ll also be creating a WhatsApp group chat for all guests attending the wedding. We highly recommend downloading WhatsApp in advance, as it will be the easiest way for everyone to stay connected and communicate while abroad.

Electronics: USA to EU plug adapters can be purchased in the U.S. before your trip. Heat-based tools like curling irons or straighteners require a proper voltage converter, which is not available on-site — so be sure to bring one if needed. Hair dryers and irons will be available on site at most hotels.
