Please join us for a super casual BBQ at the Hilson Home in Carbondale, CO. 

Please join us for cocktails and light bites, if you are in town in 39 degrees. 

DRESS CODE

Dress is “Aspen Casual” - cocktail dresses and sport coats, to jeans and a nice top. 

PINECREEK COOKHOUSE

Please join us to kick off our Wedding Weekend at Pinecreek Cookhouse. Cocktails and Buffet style dinner will be served.

DRESS CODE

Attire will be Western Chic for this Event so break out your fanciest Boots and Hats!

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided to and from the Pinecreek Cookhouse, but you are also able to drive. It is roughly 25 minutes. Pick up/Drop off spot will be outside of the Little Nell. Shuttles will arrive at 6:30pm for departure. 

THE GONDOLA

Grab yourself a Pre-Ceremony Cocktail and take the beautiful 15 minute ride up the Gondola to the Wedding Deck where the ceremony will take place. The Gondola is located in Gondola Plaza. Please plan to load at 3:15pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. 

Dress Code

Attire for our Wedding is Black Tie Preferred! Aspen can get chilly at night, so please make sure to prepare accordingly. 

COCKTAIL HOUR

Immediately following the ceremony, please join us on the Mountain Deck for Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres. 

LOADING THE GONDOLA

Wedding Reception

Guests will start loading the Gondola at 5:30pm to ride down to the bottom of the Mountain for Dinner and Dancing.

WEDDING RECEPTION - GONDOLA WEST

Once you have reached the Base of the Mountain, please walk to the Beautiful Tent located in Gondola Plaza to join us for dinner and dancing to the amazing Georgia Bridgewater. 

AFTER PARTY

After the party, is an after party. Please join us for Drinks and Late Night Mexican at Mi Chola located in the main town of Aspen. It is a 7 minute walk from the Little Nell. Please feel free to change into something more comfortable if you prefer.
