Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding for our guests staying at the hotels listed on the website. Please make sure to reserve your spot on the shuttle when you RSVP. 

Please reference details below for pickup times. Shuttles will be available throughout the night to return guests to the locations listed below.

The Westin will begin boarding at 4:00pm for a prompt 4:15pm departure. This will be the on the pickup and drop-off location in Annapolis. If you are not staying at The Westin you are still more than welcome to ride the shuttle!

Best Western will begin boarding at 4:00pm for a prompt 4:15pm departure.

Hilton Garden Inn will begin boarding at 4:25pm for a prompt 4:45pm departure.

Holiday Inn Express will begin boarding at 4:40pm for a prompt 4:45pm departure.

Men please feel free to wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit. We would love for your to show your personality; patterned tuxedo jackets, bowties, and fun shoes are welcome. Ladies, long or midi dresses are preferred. Floral patterns fun colors and elegant design are encouraged. When choosing an outfit just ask yourself "is it formal and fun"? If the answer is yes than you have found your perfect outfit.
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will take place on the lawn. Please choose your footwear accordingly.

During the ceremony we invite you to be fully present, kindly turn off your cell phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us. We will happily share all the photographers photos with you after the wedding.
For the rest of the night snap away. We would love you to take photos and share them with us during our cocktail hour, dinner and dancing.

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids! Please reach out if you have questions!
