Brunch cost

There is a €20 per person cost for the Brunch. We ask that you pay this to someone on the Wedding Leadership Team so we can settle it with the hotel. The brunch includes A buffet of Italian breakfast food goodness, cakes, pastries, juices, tea, coffee etc. It does not include alcoholic drinks which we ask that you settle directly with the hotel.

After the After Brunch

After the After Brunch, we'll lay like beached whales on the beach. For those not staying at the Is Morus Relais hotel, there is unfortunately a €25 charge to use their beach umbrellas, beds and towels. But we'll just try to smuggle you in ;-)

The closest airport is Cagliari Elmas Airport (airport code CAG).

There are direct flights from Amsterdam and other major European cities to Cagliari. It is also possible to connect through Rome, Milan or Barcelona.

Getting to the venue

The venue, Is Morus Relais, is 47kms from Cagliari Airport

Addresses are a bit inconsistent in the area. There are often no street names. Use this Google Maps Link for directions

A taxi will cost approximately €110 and will take about 50 mins. There is no Uber in Sardinia.

There are some limited public transport options but they are not very convenient and the journey will take approximately 3 hours.

Hire a car

Hiring a car may be a convenient solution for getting to and from the airport, and for getting around during your stay in Sardinia. Rental cars are available from Cagliari Airport from €29 per day.

Option 1: Stay at the Venue

The wedding venue also has accommodation - Rooms in the main hotel (Relais) building and Villas. We have received advice that the basic rooms are a bit expensive based on their size and quality. However, they will be very convenient for the event.

Lyndall and Joseph will be staying at Is Morus Relais.

Option 2: Rent a home or apartment

Airbnb

There are lots of Airbnb places of all sizes and for all budgets. This will be a good option for people in groups or families. The nearest town is Santa Margherita di Pula. Please be careful to get the exact location (GPS coordinates) of your accommodation. There are many streets with no names and Airbnb addresses are often not accurate.

Lyndall and Joseph's immediate families will be staying in nearby villas.

We also have to fly to the wedding and we have limited baggage. We simply can't bring gifts back with us. There's no room. You'd be doing us a favour if you didn't create a baggage problem for us ok?
