WEDDING ATTIRE
All wedding guests would need to arrive a day before the wedding, please arrive on November 17th as the date is November 18th.
Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during, and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations and missed connections, lost luggage/delays, and cancellations.
IMPORTANT: Full cash refund policies MUST be purchased at the time of booking if possible. You cannot add a full refund in the form of cash policy after 5-7 days of the deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance after the deposit date.
The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). Stephanie can provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it and it will be confirmed upon approval of your quote.
Please book your flight to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking unless specified; however, transportation to and from the Cancun International airport is added when making your hotel booking. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.
Tips... We recommend watching the price on apps and websites such as Hopper, Google Flights, and Skyscanner and then booking directly with the airline.
