Do I need to RSVP?
Yes! We'd like to know if you THINK you can make it (we hope you can!). This is super super super important and will ensure you are included in all wedding activities.
If you know you cannot attend, please let us know ASAP. We completely understand this commitment, and it will help us out tremendously to know early.

I'm in! How do I book my trip?
Leticia (our amazing travel agent) will contact you to organize all the nitty gritty details of your stay.
Let her know when you are ready and she'll send you a link for payment.
Once the airlines release their schedules, if you'd like, she can help you with the flight tickets or you can buy on your own.

When are the major booking deadlines?
Even though we have already done the deposits to secure our room block, the sooner you do your reservation, the better! You have until the end of the year to do it.
Our travel agent, Leticia, can answer all extra questions you might have.
***Passports must be valid for 6 months after your trip so be sure to check the expiration date.

Can I stay at another hotel?
We would love to spend this time with you. While the ceremony and reception are not at the hotel, the other activities are.

When should guests arrive?
We'd like all guests to arrive no later than Friday, April 04th for some pre-wedding celebrations and to get to know the party - but if you'd like to arrive earlier and take advantage of all the things to see in Cancun, even better!

The Bride and Groom will be arriving Tuesday, April 01st and departing on Wednesday, April 09th.

Is the resort all-inclusive?
Yes, the price listed in the Booking section covers your room, food, and drinks for the entirety of your stay. It also covers a countless number of activities for you to do onsite. Please visit the resort website for more information on dining and entertainment options.

Do I have to pay for anything once I arrive?
The resort is all-inclusive, so you won't need to worry about paying for anything. This means that all food, drinks, taxes are included with our room block through our travel agent. We recommend bringing extra cash if you would like to participate in excursions, spa treatments, shopping, etc.

Are guests expected to tip service staff?
While tipping is not expected at the resort, it is very appreciated. If you feel the staff has gone above and beyond, please feel free to show your gratitude.

Which airport do I fly to and how do I get to the resort?
All guests should fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) located in Cancun, Quintana Roo.
The ride to the resort is approximately 1:30 hour.

Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is optional, but we HIGHLY recommend it. This will cover any unforeseen circumstances that can occur while in Mexico. This can be purchased at the time of booking through our travel agent or purchase it separately online.

What will the weather be like during that time?
Come ready for some sun! The temperature varies in April and is typically 24 to 31 degrees. There are very low chances of rain. On average, it rains about 4 days during the month, which consists of sporadic showers lasting no more than 1 hour.

What should I pack?

Are kids welcome?
YES! The hotel is kid friendly with many activities for all ages. The hotel even offers a nanny service during your stay.

Can I drink the water at the resort?
We advise you not to drink the tap water in Mexico, but bottled water will be readily available in your room minibar and in all restaurants and bars.

Preciso confirmar minha presença?
Sim! A confirmação de sua presença é muito muito importante e nos ajudará a te incluir em todas as atividades programadas.
Se voce não poderá comparecer, nos avise o quanto antes. Sabemos que é um grande compromisso e nem todos terão disponibilidade para se juntar a nós.

Já topei! Como eu faço para reservar minha viagem?
Leticia (nossa agente de viagens) irá entrar em contato para organizar todos os detalhes de sua viagem.
Assim que as cias aéreas liberarem suas agendas, ele poderá te ajudar com as passagens aéreas ou você pode comprar em qualquer outro site como decolar, usando milhas, etc.

Quando eu preciso começar a pagar?
O número de quartos no valor listado é limitado, sugerimos comecar a pagar o quanto antes!
A estadia pode ser parcelada em ate 10x via cartao de crédito ou boleto.

Preciso de visto mexicano?
Brasilieros com visto americano ou canadense não precisam de visto para visitar o México.
Se voce não possui nenhum dos dois, precisará aplicar para o visto mexicano.

Para quais dias devo marcar minha viagem?
Sugerimos que todos os convidados cheguem no máximo sexta feira, 04 de abril, para começar a festa! Se voce quiser chegar antes e aproveitar as maravilhas da Riviera Maya, melhor ainda!
Os noivos estarão no hotel de terça (01 de abril) ate quinta (10 de abril).

O hotel é all-inclusive?
Sim! O preço listado na página “Booking and Accommodations” inclui a estadia, comida e bebida a vontade. O valor inclui também todas as atividades e shows oferecidos pelo hotel (SPA pago à parte). Para mais informacões consulte o site do hotel ou o material enviado pela nossa agente de viagens.

Preciso pagar alguma coisa extra no hotel?
Sua estadia é all-inclusive, então não precisará pagar nadinha. O que significa que toda comida, bebida, servico e impostos estão inclusos no valor do quarto. Apenas passeios extras são pagos à parte.
Aos interessados, Leticia pode organizar e parcelar passeios.

Preciso dar gorjeta no hotel?
Gorjetas não são obrigatórias no hotel, mas são sempre bem vindas. Se voce achar que o servico prestado foi ótimo, fique à vontade para mostrar sua gratidão.
(ps. Gorjetas são pagas em dólares americanos ou pesos mexicanos – sugerimos trazer notas de 1/5 dólares para facilitar) – não é obrigatório!

Para qual aeroporto devo comprar minha passagem?
A melhor opcão é chegar pelo Aeroporto Internacional de Cancun.
O hotel fica à 1:30 do aeroporto. Tulum possui um novo Aeroporto internacional (mais perto do hotel), porém com menos opcões de voo.

Preciso de Seguro viagem?
Seguro viagem não é obrigatorio, porém altamente recomendável! Leticia (agente de viagem/nossa faz tudo) pode te ajudar. Outra opcão e consultar seu cartão de crédito e ver o que eles oferecem.
Qual a temperatura em Cancun/Tulum durante Abril?
Esperamos que menor que durante as ondas de calor no Brasil! Brincadeiras à parte, a temperatura varia entre 24 a 31 graus com poucas chances de chuva.

Posso levar meu filho(a)?
SIM! O hotel permite criancas e tem atividades para todas as idades. O hotel também oferece servico de babá, se preciso.

Posso beber água no hotel?
Não aconselhamos a beber água da torneira em nenhum lugar do México (inclusive para escovar os dentes). Voces encontrarão agua mineral disponível no minibar e todos os restaurantes e bares do hotel.
