We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.
To make things simple, we've hired a Destination Wedding Expert (DWE) Travel Agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at LOPESAN Costa Bavaro, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below because having 3/4 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price within our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

While DWE can offer competitive prices, they also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact an agent directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
They have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for their clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of DWE's in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, their strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the King - Idelevich Wedding party that are booked through them will not be placed in another resort due to overbooking.

You will be flying into PUJ, Punta Cana International Airport
We highly suggest flying in Thursday, March 9, 2023 or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities and to book your flights as early as you can.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (PUJ) is included!
Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.
Note: Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP.
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.
Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.
But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due by October 4, 2022 in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
** A Second Deposit Payment totaling 60% of your individual reservation is due by November 2, 2022 (No worries, We will send you a reminder)
