A non-refundable* deposit of $200 per room is due to secure your room. Placing the deposit secures the room and we have flexibility to add or remove travelers and adjust your dates up until 45 days prior to travel.

Refunds
Should you cancel with insurance before the final payment date, refunds will be awarded from Classic Vacation, our wholesale supplier.

If you cancel after the final payment date, you are responsible to file a claim to receive your refund with the insurance company. We will provide documentation if needed.

Inspired by the surrounding Mayan jungle, the all-new Dreams Natura Resort & Spa in beautiful Riviera Cancun offers a unique Unlimited-Luxury® experience. Facing the Caribbean Sea on a white sand beach, the 553-room resort is a short 10-mile drive from Cancun International Airport.

This family-friendly beachfront resort offers guests an Unlimited-Luxury® vacation, where everything is included: access to unlimited food and beverage options, à la carte dining with no reservations, endless activities for all ages and more. Suites feature comforts including a private balcony or terrace and a fully stocked mini-bar.

At Dreams Natura , guests will enjoy the benefits of Unlimited-Luxury® where everything is included and no wristband or gratuities are required — 9 restaurants and 6 bar options are available so everyone in the family will be satisfied with options including kid-friendly menus, buffets, international à la carte restaurants, grilled snacks, a café and an ice cream parlor.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom.
Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, housekeeping and bellman gratuities. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

• Rates are available 3 days pre/post the room block dates of 7/18 - 7/25. (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

• Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $25 fee.

• Last minute bookings within 21 days of travel will incur a $150 fee.

Vagablonde Travel offers optional travel protection with Travel Insured International.

Rates will vary per person depending on your age, state, total value of your trip, and if you elect for the Cancel for Any Reason benefit.

The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost so it's a great investment!
You must add insurance within 21 days of booking if you want the Cancel For Any Reason Policy. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues or covered reason. Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is non refundable.

Our office will automatically send you a quote after you book with your room total and an estimated ground transfer if you select this option. If our office books your air, we will include this in your quote. If you are not ready to purchase air, no problem. If after purchasing your policy, you buy your air, reach out to us and we will make the adjustment on your policy or send you directions to do so. Any additions to the policy may require additional payments.

Closest airport to the resort is CANCUN International Airport (CUN).
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline or allow us to do so for a small fee of $39.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
However, there is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own and we cannot guarantee we are contracted with every airline. There may be instances when we cannot book your air if we do not have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit Airlines. We are also not able to use credit card points or miles towards your flight.

• Cancellations made after deposit is paid that have not purchased insurance will incur a $200 per room penalty.

• Cancellations made after March 8, 2022 that have not purchased insurance will be required to pay 30% of the room total.

• Cancellations made after April 12, 2022 that have not purchased insurance will be required to pay 50% of the room total.

• Cancellations made after May 3, 2022 that have not purchased insurance will be required to pay 100% of the room total.

• Cancelled air tickets are valid for one year from original ticket issue date.

• Once your booking is received, Vagablonde Travel will send you a client profile to complete your passport information, travel preferences, and insurance choice.

• Once your booking is processed internally, Vagablonde Travel will send you a receipt showing your room category, dates, remaining balance, and how to make additional payments.

• 2 weeks prior to your final payment, Vagablonde Travel will send you a reminder in case you need to update your file with a new card.

• 4-5 weeks prior to travel, Vagablonde Travel will send you a reminder email requesting your flight information if we do not already have it. This information will be used to coordinate ground transportation as a group. We will work to group wedding guests together on arrival and departure to bring everyone’s ground transportation cost down.

• 4 weeks prior to travel you will receive an email with how to download the App for your final travel documents.

• 2 weeks prior to travel you will received your travel documents in the App.

The Preferred Club Master Suite Ocean Front room includes an expansive bathroom area and offers an oversized rain shower, double vanities, water closet, a scale, an additional phone, hair dryer, vanity mirror, full length mirror, bathrobes and slippers, in conjunction with the ample walk-in closet, electronic laptop-size safe, steam iron and more. A separate living area offers a dining table for 4 people, an ample sitting that connects to the beautifully furnished private terrace, which includes a hot tub overlooking an amazing ocean front view.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Vagablonde Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico.

DOES MY INSURANCE COVER COVID OR THE PANDEMIC?
For further questions regarding the insurance policies we suggest you call the company direct after you receive your quote. They are specialist and we just offer their product. They have a cancel for any reason policy and over 25 covered reason should you need to cancel.
