Accommodations

Vacation rentals

The venue is in Logan Square, which is one of the most fun neighborhoods in Chicago. Not too many hotels in the area, but there is a great selection of Air BnBs. A vacation rental might be your best bet!

Transportation

Ride share / Subway / Buses

Use Lyft or uber to get around!

Public transportation is really great in this area, though I would recommend rideshare or biking since it’s easier to social distance.

But if you do take public transit, the Joinery is really close to the Western stop on the Blue Line, which is one of Chicago's subway lines.

The blue line will take you directly downtown if you want to check out museums or the lakefront. It will also take you straight to O'hare if you travel north.

Biking around

Divvy

Biking is so fun and so easy in Chicago - its all flat! Being from Vermont, I truly appreciate this.

Its about $3.00 per trip. There are now e-bikes that you can reserve through Lyft. You can leave these anywhere and they’re really fun!

If you grab an older version from a bike rack, you’ll need to return it to a predefined bike station (hence the map). But they are pretty much all over - and one just a couple blocks from the venue.

But definitely look for the semi electrics on Lyft! You will feel very cool.
