In celebration of the 4th of July and our first encounter together of the wedding weekend, we would like everyone to wear white to the Welcome Reception.

A unique tasting experience to showcase Chateau Montelena's long and distinguished history of producing fine and age-worthy wine. In this intimate atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to enjoy and purchase exclusive wines not commonly available in the marketplace, in addition to library vintages of Montelena classics.
Cheese and biscuits will be served.
Yes, the start time is 5am! We have to start early to get the best views.
Shuttles will be picking guests up at Calistoga Ranch and Calistoga Motor Lodge at 5AM and taking all guests to the balloon launch site.
Estimated Timeline:
Pick ups : 5am
Pre Flight Coffee, Tea and Refreshments at Domaine Chandon : 5:30am
Flight 6:00am to 7:30am
Brunch at Domaine Chandon: 7:45am to 9:00am
Drop offs 9:00am to 9:30am
We would like you to dress up in your best explorers outfit as we chart new territories together and soar like eagles (please, someone come as an eagle). Gary is going to provide an amazing gift to the best dressed explorer.
Phileas Fogg traveled around the world in 80 days. We will travel the Napa Valley in 80 minutes or less.
We recommend dressing in comfortable layered clothing, walking shoes and a (explorer) hat. Be sure to bring a spirit for adventure and a camera.
