We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding week! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange your all-inclusive hotel rooms.

We've chosen to stay at Dreams Tulum, and we would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price, if you book the package price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun. For those booking a room only reservation, please notify our travel agent, Melanie & she will arrange private transfers for you for an additional fee.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

5. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport. Your booking MUST match your passport EXACTLY.

Alicia & Alejandro are working with me, Melanie Murray, at Liz Moore Destination Weddings (LMDW) to make this trip fun & stress free. Please read the important information below & complete your booking per the instructions below so you can join us!

The Sunwing rates are valid for travel between November 25 & December 2, 2023. The room only rates are valid for travel between November 25-December 5, 2023 & require a 3-night minimum stay.

Our wedding will be held on November 30, 2023

To reserve your room & guarantee the rate, your deposit must be made no later than May 31, 2023. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is popular & sell outs frequently; if you would like a room in addition to our current inventory & it's not appearing when you go to the booking form, please contact Melanie as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: NO changes to reservations will be permitted after the final payment date.

The couple has paid a deposit to reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.

The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at LMDW.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:

• The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and includes transportation.
• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

• Will not get the group rates.
• Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
• Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
• Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
• Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited due to occupancy restrictions.

In order to confirm your booking, a minimum non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $250 per person is required. All rooms must be deposited by May 15, 2023 & final payment is due no later than September 5, 2023 to secure this discounted rate.

This deposit will be processed as we confirm your reservation; you will be sent an invoice, which must be approved within 24 hours, in order to re-confirm your booking.

In addition to the all of the above amenities, this room offers contemporary decor, king bed or two double beds, separate living area with a sofa, marble bathroom with shower and hot tub, telephone extension in the bathroom, double sink and a garden view. Located in the 35 A, B, C, D, E, and F buildings, of rooms spanning over three separate floors. Close proximity to the main lobby as well as the restaurant area and faces the main fountains.

King bed: 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
2 double beds: 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children

Located in buildings 36 A and B, the most secluded section of the resort, and provides an impeccable view of the Caribbean Sea.

The airport we're flying into is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can (except for those of you that book a Sunwing package as your flights are included in the price). You may book it with your favorite airline.

If you're booking your room only, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is NOT included BUT Melanie can arrange it for you, for an additional fee; please inquire with her if you want this service as well.

Consider using miles or credit cards points if you have them.

*Word of Advice*

*If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc...). Pack a small bag with swimwear & other necessities to use & explore the resort while you wait for your room to be ready.

*Please give yourself at least 24-36 hours before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.*

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew yours, click below.

Note: Processing times in Canada are back within normal service standards of 10-20 business days, plus mail time. Please do not wait to apply to ensure you have it well ahead of travel.

Please also check the expiration date on your current passport, it must be valid for 6 months from your return date.
