While doing the typical evening of hanging out with my OES Sistars at a Masters Lodge March Madness event. I caught a glimpse of Jason’s smile and dimples. I couldn’t really stop smiling at him and found myself smitten.
We finally found ourselves chatting toward nights end about the turn out of the event. As I was leaving, I asked him to give me his phone. He did, I put my number in his phone as Your Future & put him in my phone as My Future.
We have been together for the last Four Years.....
Jason asked if I could come hang out and talk after 1st Friday Communication. This was a great time because it was my opportunity to hang out and reconnect with OES. We talked, danced and chilled. This was a great 1st Date out....
The first time that I planned a birthday celebration for Jason. Dinner and comedy show!
Traveling has become one of our favorite things to do together. We love to travel multiple times a year and spend extra time getting reacquainted with each other. These has been the best dates ever!
The saying is if you can travel together then you can have a long lasting relationship. We travel pretty darn well together. This trip to Nola we spent time being tourists, well I was a tourist and Jason was down for the shenanigans! We visited the graveyards, I held a baby Crocodile and Rode the Trolley to Scooter Browns!
We was in Nola in July so you can see the glistening on our faces. This city’s charm is unmatched and culture is beautiful.
Throughout the year, you could find us giving back to the community. We share a passion for giving back to those in need whether it’s passing out toys, feeding Seniors during Thanksgiving, Bikes to deserving students, giving clothes to homeless shelters and essential needs kits to those who are in need. This is a part of OUR story!

This picture tells a million of our stories but I’ll tell the best one! We are two individuals that are set up to do amazing things separately but can do unbelievable things together. The love that I have for Mr. Jones is one that could’ve been written in the stars. The love that Mr. Jones has for me heaven must have written The story. We lived amazing lives that has led us to one another and only to hope that our crazy family can find that same love. The way in which we love each other is something only prayer could have brought to each of us.
The best part about being ready to marry your best friend is knowing someone stands with you when you cannot, makes you smile when days and nights are hard, can pray when life is punching at you and no matter what has a smile that can light up your world.
The best part about being ready to marry your best friend is that you get to share so many new experiences. I can go on and on about how much Jason cares and love me but the best thing about Jason is that he loves my daughter just as much as he loves his boys. It was one of the many reasons why I fell in love with him.
We’re not perfect, we are imperfectly, perfect for one another.
It was truly a great time being able to see and social distance with so many of our family, friends and Masonic family. I am overjoyed with emotions for the days until the meeting!
