We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. You will be able to add each person staying in the room on the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We’ve quoted prices for groups of 2 below but a 3rd guest may be added at a discounted rate.

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana. (Missed or unused transportation is not refundable).

4. YOUR DEPOSIT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM! Your deposit paid to Angel will be applied to your reservation manually. It has guaranteed your room but you still must submit the booking confirmation! Please complete the online confirmation link choosing the SAME room you RSVP’d for as that is what has been reserved for you. You will find that link in the “ACCOMMODATIONS” section.

If you are traveling solo and have only paid $150 deposit to Angel, an additional $150.00 non-refundable deposit will be collected at the time of your booking. *Note: Any future charges will show as CLASSIC VACATIONS & SUNSIDE TOURS on your statement.

We offer you personalized concierge service. We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any problems at the resort while traveling. One of our in-house agent advisors will do what they can to resolve your problem quickly and efficiently.

It is important that you book your wedding room reservation inside the group block. When booking OUTSIDE of the group room block, you will be charged a fee by the resort to attend any pre-wedding private festivities and the wedding ceremony/reception itself. Angel & Lily also earn valuable incentives as part of reserving the group block in advance guaranteeing availability and discounted pricing for their guests, and by booking outside that block, you are impacting their ability to earn special perks. We ask that you please be a mindful guest.

Our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the BRIDE-GROOM wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking, which is possible when booking through a third-party site such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc.

What does this rate include?
This rate includes your all-inclusive accommodations, your taxes and fees, as well as your shared roundtrip airport transfers.
*Rate does NOT include airfare or optional travel protection.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click the link below.

Note: Passport processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early.

Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks. Expedited Services: 5-7 weeks (maybe less). Note: A Passport Card is NOT valid for entry into Dominican Republic.

Travel Protection is highly recommended. The average cost of your travel protection is about 10% of the total trip cost.

Why do I need travel insurance?
Because sometimes you have to cancel a trip last-minute for an unexpected reason, or just because.

Travel Protection can be purchased with Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR). If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, it provides up to 75% reimbursement of your non-refundable trip costs if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to departure. To be eligible for CFAR, you must purchase your plan the day your initial trip deposit is received. You must also insure the costs of any travel arrangements subsequently added to your trip within the day of payment or deposit for those additions. For example, your airfare.

Your payment for this Plan MUST BE RECEIVED the day of your Initial Deposit Payment for Your Trip is applied. If you do not purchase insurance at time of deposit, you will not be able to add this at a later date and a declination of coverage will be required before your final documents will be issued. PLEASE READ!
When making your reservation you only need to complete the fields with a RED ASTERIK along with the credit card information. The non-refundable deposit amount required to book your room is $150.00 per person (single travelers require a $300.00 deposit). Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, are on a first-come, first serve basis. We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms, however, the early-booking discount and additional space is not guaranteed.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer. There is no refund for missed or unused transfers.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in the activities leading up to the wedding and you will be charged a fee to attend the ceremony and reception.

We are confident in our pricing but if you should find a lower price outside of Talavera Travel LLC, please allow us an opportunity to match the price. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends at the same resort to celebrate with Angel & Lilly.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. To confirm your room and apply the deposit you paid, please click the “Confirm My Room” link below! You will receive an invoice with your room confirmation and invoice approval form within 72 hours. It is very important that you APPROVE the invoice to confirm your room!

You don’t have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Talavera Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to charge your Debit or Credit Card for any amount you'd like, and how often you choose. If you choose the monthly payment plan option, a reminder will be sent you on the 10th of each month along with a link to authorize the payment. The payments ARE NOT automatically deducted. You must remember to use the link in the email to authorize the payment.
