Due to parking restrictions, guests will NOT be permitted to park on site or be dropped off at the Adamson House. We are providing shuttles to and from Malibu City Hall where guests can safely park and Ubers, Lyfts, Taxi’s, or other ride share companies can drop you off. Shuttles begin rotating at 4pm to ensure your timely arrival for the ceremony starting at 5:00pm. It is highly recommended that you board the shuttle no later than 4:30pm or guests run the risk of arriving late and interrupting the ceremony. We kindly ask guests who arrive after 4:45pm to wait until the conclusion of the ceremony to join us in our wedding celebration.

Traffic in Los Angeles can be unpredictable. If you plan to extend your stay and make a vacation out of your visit, we recommend choosing a hotel/AirBnB in West LA areas such as Santa Monica, Venice, or Culver City. If the wedding weekend is your primary concern, we recommend booking reservations closer to the venue in Malibu, Pacific Palisades, or Santa Monica. Downtown Los Angeles and Mid-City will greatly increase your travel time to the venue. Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills will be the most expensive areas.

The Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. We can accommodate early check- in and late check-out requests on an individual basis, based on availability on the arrival and/or departure date. Early check in and late check-out are not guaranteed. For your travelers’ convenience, the Front Desk Hosts will accommodate early travelers with the first room that becomes available, offer to store luggage and/or do all possible to make necessary late check-out arrangements.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any changes and/or cancellations made to individual group reservations must be made through the reservations department and submitted in writing 24 hours prior to arrival. Group reservations canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the entire amount of the original reservation and are subject to availability.

Smoking shall not be permitted at the pool, meeting space, stairwells, or any other public area. Guests who smoke anywhere other than the designated smoking areas shall be asked to leave Hotel without refund. Hotel shall charge individual guests a $250 cleaning surcharge for each guest who smokes anywhere inside Hotel, including, but not limited to, guestrooms.
