The Ceremony:
Set against a breathtaking backdrop of the Caribbean Sea, our ceremony will be an intimate celebration of love and commitment. Surrounded by family and friends, we will exchange vows and reflect upon the deep connection and shared dreams that have brought us to this moment.

The Reception:
After the vows are spoken, we invite you to join us for a lively cocktail hour and reception where the celebration truly begins. Enjoy an array of gourmet dishes and signature cocktails, carefully crafted to delight your senses and set the stage for an evening of dancing, laughter, and heartfelt toasts. Under the Yucatan sky, surrounded by the warmth of those we love most, we will dance the night away, celebrating the beginning of our forever.

From the first kiss to the last dance, we are honored to have you by our side as we mark the start of this incredible journey. Together, let’s create memories that will last a lifetime, filled with love, joy, and the promise of all the beautiful moments to come.

We suggest mid- to floor-length dresses or suits in any color. Ties not required.

Ceremony: 6:00-6:30pm

Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to get settled and allow adequate time for the wedding party to arrive.

Cocktail hour: 6:30-7:30pm

Please remain on the AVA Terrace for live music, passed hors d'oeuvres, and craft cocktails.

Dinner reception: 8:00-10:00pm

Directly following cocktail hour, we will kick off a celebratory evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing.

The After-Party: 10:00pm....

For those not quite ready to give up the party, join us at DEZ nightclub on-site at AVA to continue dancing the night away.

The morning after the wedding, please join us for one final "bon voyage" with a private catamaran sailing to Isla Mujeres.

Begin the day with refreshing cocktails as we set sail across crystal-clear waters, where gentle breezes and sparkling waves create the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Enjoy the rhythm of lively music, the warmth of the sun, and the company of friends and family as we cruise to hidden coves and picturesque beaches, stopping to snorkel along the way. 

The adventure continues as we dock on the iconic Isla Mujeres, where you can lounge at a white-sand beach club, swim in the warm Caribbean Sea, or bike the island. 

We'll close the weekend with a champagne sunset return to Cancun, where we will wish you all one final farewell.

Casual attire -- just be sure to bring your swimsuit, hat, and sunglasses!

Pick up: 11:50am 

Please plan on meeting in the AVA lobby at 11:50am for our private transfer to the dock.

All aboard: 12:30pm

We will arrive at the dock, meet our crew for the day, and board our private catamaran. 

Set sail!: 1:00pm 

At one o'clock, we will set sail for Isla Mujeres, stopping to swim, snorkel, or simply soak up the sun in the crystal-clear waters. 

After our first top, we will dock on Isla Mujeres to enjoy lunch at a beach club, where you can choose to relax or venture out to explore the island. 

After spending time on Isla Mujeres, we will return to the boat for a sunset sail, stopping to swim again if whether permits and enjoying golden hour on board. 

Arrive back at AVA: 8:00pm

Once we arrive back in Cancun, private transfers will drop us back at AVA at 8pm.
