Campers will be able to access indoor toilets through the night. Please be aware there are no shower facilities.

Please also note that guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the Great Barn, so there can be no drinking on the campsite.

If you are planning to camp, please let us know by RSVPing to the 'camping' event. We will provide some pastries and hot drinks on Sunday morning to keep campers fed before the BBQ.

If you would prefer to camp nearby for a longer period, Haldon Forest Holiday Park is located nearby and comes recommended by the venue.

Q&A
When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP by 1st June 2023.

What should I wear?

For the Saturday, the dress code is semi-formal. Keep an eye on the weather forecast and make sure to wear something you'll be happy dancing in! For footwear, please note that the walk up to the church is quite steep, and that stilettos may sink in the grass at the Great Barn.

For the Sunday BBQ, dress code is casual. Remember to bring swimwear and a towel if you'd like to use the pool.

Do let us know if you have any questions or worries about what to wear.

Can I take photographs?

During the ceremony, we would appreciate it if phones are turned off and put away. We will have a professional photographer and will make photographs available after the event for those who would like a copy.

At the reception, you're welcome to take your own pictures within reason, but we would much prefer that you focus on enjoying the day. There will also be a photographer and photobooth. Pictures will be shared with guests after the event.

Are children invited?

Due to capacity constraints and the structure of the day, children are unfortunately not able to join for our celebrations on the Saturday.

If you have children and would like to bring them for the Sunday BBQ, they are more than welcome.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the capacity of the space, plus ones who have not already received an invite unfortunately will not be able to join. If this will be an issue for you, do let us know, but please be aware we are very limited on space.
