No one property in Winter Park or the surrounding area can accommodate all of our guests in a single location. There is no single hotel where "all the action" will be. Winter Park is smaller, more quaint and therefore more spread out with available accommodation options. In fact, we encourage family and friends to consider looking into getting together with other family and friends to book out houses of condos near the reception at the Headwaters Center (730 Baker Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482). This can be accomplished through websites like AirBnB and Vacation Rentals By Owners (VRBO). We have used both Aribnb and VRBO in our own travels without ever having a problem, but we have heard of instances were the rental was cancelled, usually as the result of the property being sold and therefore no longer able to be rented out. Please keep this in mind if you consider these two online platforms below.

VRBO is another vacation rental platform specializing in short-term stays in houses and condos.
Winter Park Lodging Company
Winter Park Lodging company may be a better bet than Airbnb or VRBO as they are local and respected, but they may be better suited for those that intend to come for a longer stay. At present, their options require a four night stay, but next spring this may be lowered to just three nights or even two nights depending on supply/demand. The accommodations from smaller condos or townhouses in the Town of Winter Park to larger homes within 5-10 minutes driving distance of the Headwaters Center.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Fraser
This Holiday Inn is NOT in the Town of Winter park but is only 5 minutes driving distance to the Headwaters Center. This Holiday Inn is in the Town of Fraser just to the north of the Town of Winter Park. As such, it would be a long walk to and from the Headwaters Center (35 minutes).
