Passport
In order for seamless travel, please verify that your passport is valid through August 2024! If it expires before this date, you will need to renew it with the State Department.
Getting to Your Hotel
The St. Regis and Andaz are a ~40 minute drive south of the airport.
Our recommended transport from the airport to the hotel is Your Cancun DMC. They will automatically group our guests who are arriving at the same time for shared transportation.
Kanai and Mayakoba, where the St. Regis and Andaz are located, are gated resort communities that are comprised of luxury hotels on the Riviera Maya. Each community has private, 24/7 security.
