Tips for a great stay in Colorado

June in Colorado is considered peak season! The weather will be great for site seeing and being outdoors. It often gets cooler in the morning and evenings when the sun ducks behind the mountains, so bring your favorite jacket or sweatshirt!

Booking flights by March could allow for lower flight rates - Denver tends to be the cheaper priced airport ticket!

Highway 25 is the main highway from Colorado Springs to Palmer Lake to Denver. Staying North of Colorado Springs, near the Air Force Academy, is a 15 minute drive to Monument/Palmer Lake wedding church and venue.

Pro tip: Drink lots of water and drinks with electrolytes to help with the elevation change and prevent headaches!

In some reviews, Uber and Lyft are said to be unreliable here! If possible, rent, bring, or share a car while here!
