The future Mrs. and Mr. Gusanders have carefully vetted and selected accommodation options. They were considerate to who all may be attending and also choosing budget friendly options by securing group discounts for each property. They have chosen 5 star TripAdvisor accommodations and have stayed at most these locations themselves. Please refer to the Wedding Map for locations. There are also many additional hotel/Airbnb options within minutes of Tensing Pen. Please note, they DO want our community together the entire weekend! Tensing Pen will serve as the gathering place. Even if you are not a guest at Tensing Pen, all Lincoln/Gusanders wedding guests will have full access to the resort Thursday through Sunday.

Besides the wedding day, Tensing Pen will be the main gathering place for wedding guests throughout the weekend! Even if you don't book here, all wedding guests will have full access to the resort. This property also includes a light breakfast daily. Contact hotel directly by phone or email for accommodation options and ask for Harian. Please mention Jon & Lauren’s wedding. The rates provided will be the low season rate which are 30% lower than the normal high season rates. They are additionally giving us 10% off the low season rate with the room block.

Villa Sur Mer
Villa Sur Mer is a large villa that can be rented out individual or a house as a whole if you wish to be joined by a group. This option is walking distance to Tensing Pen, the wedding hotel hub. Rooms and rates inclusive of tax per night. They have the standard rate for which you pay a deposit of 20% upon booking and the non refundable rate for which you have to pay everything at the time of booking. They sleep 48 persons each villa comes with a queen size bed except for one of the 1 bedroom premium room which has a king size bed. Each villa has their own kitchenette with fridge, stove etc. They have a pool, cave and jacuzzi on the lagoon side and a pool and jacuzzi on the ocean side. They are kid friendly.

LTU Garden is a hotel that is about a 5 minute walk to Tensing Pen and near Catcha Falling Star located on the garden side of the street in the west end.
They have ten rooms, all are equipped with Refrigerator, Coffee maker and Kettle, Wifi, five of which are fully Air Conditioned, with two double beds, while four are Fan only: both ceiling and standing fan. Included in their ten rooms is one Kitchenette: the Jasmine villa Upstairs. All surrounding a pool on property. The Jasmine Villa Upstairs has a Queen bed; Stove Top; Microwave and Toaster. Then there is the Bella villa Upstairs, known as the two Bedroom Apartment, furnished with one Double bed in each room, along with the other amenities. All our rooms have Garden View Balcony with comfortable Hammocks.
They exclusively offering the wedding group their low season rates even though it is high season.

High Cove
This was where Jon and Lauren stayed when first visiting Jamaica in 2018. Close to town but hidden away, this property features several different accommodations from a small cottage to a large house, all with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. Jon and Lauren spent mornings swimming the turquoise waters and evenings watching the sunset.
Visit Airbnb.com and search "High Cove" in Negril, Jamaica to view accommodations. Although the dates are posted on Airbnb yet, Jon and Lauren have contacted the owner and it is indeed available. Bethram is the host and mention the wedding.
