Tips on rescheduling your reservation
Thank you to each and everyone of you that has been so supportive with the fact that we had to reschedule our wedding date.
To alleviate the burden this has caused we have provided some helpful tips.
Most every travel website is offering a rebook to a later date if not a refund for travel.
If you booked a package with Hotels.com is offering a full refund on the hotel and than a travel credit to use for future dates.
All airlines are waiving change / cancellations fees and providing e tickets for later dates.
Please take advantage of your credit cards policy if you run into an issue with refunds/re-booking as they will back you up , refund you, and submit a claim to help get all of your money back.

Getting To Mexico
UPDATE; the most cost effective way to book for our wedding is through a package deal!
Check hotels.com/packages and bundle the flight and hotel.
It saves a couple hundred dollars.
If you are using rewards points / miles and want to book the hotel separately from the flights the information is below.
Book a flight from your nearest airport into San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD)
Southwest's flight calendar isn't open for May yet - but we would recommend calling to see if they are even flying to SJD during the day you want to.
If not Google Flights shows everyone's flight schedule other than Southwest.
Hyatt Ziva - Los Cabos
We decided to choose ONE property to have everyone stay at to make things easier.
Most importantly our wish is to keep our wedding weekend in one place, aside from our venue so we can enjoy the company of all of our dear family and friends. We realize this will be a once in a lifetime weekend where all the people we love will be together.
We chose HYATT ZIVA - LOS CABOS - ALL INCLUSIVE
Being that this amazing resort is all inclusive (food + drinks are included in your price) you must be staying at the property to enjoy all of its amenities.
We will be coordinating some really fun events on property during your stay so please stay tuned for some updated info to the website in the coming months.

The best part is you don't pay for the room until 15 DAYS prior to the wedding. Also you have 14 days prior to the wedding of free cancelation if you find a better deal somewhere else.

3. Book the air / hotel together on travel websites (hotels.com packages, expedia, trip advisor, etc..) - make sure to filter San Jose Del Cabo, or type in Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos - * all inclusive.
We want everyone to find their own deals and choose the duration of your stay based on your needs.
WHAT IS ALL INCLUSIVE?: This means that all your food and your drink and your stay is one price and included in your stay. You pay for all of this before you arrive. It's very convenient and their food and drinks are delicious!
To + From Airport
Please make sure to book airport transfer transportation ahead of time.
We don't recommend grabbing one when you get there. It's best to book one right after you book your flights, so you are all set.
We have been to Mexico countless times and we love using a private transfer service. They will pick you up right outside the airport in a private vehicle and take you directly to the hotel. They will be round of beers or waters and air conditioning.

They can accommodate car seats etc.. if you are traveling with children.
Once you secure your reservation, Please read all of their instructions they email you.
Once you land and get your baggage and walk towards the exit, many people will try to get you to stop and take their taxi's or shuttles. DO NOT STOP , keep going until you get outside the doors and there will be someone with a sign outside from Cabo Airport Private Transportation who will cross reference your reservation and take care of you.

There are so many things to do in San Jose Del Cabo!
The quaint downtown area is a 7 min cab or Uber ride (yes Mexico has Uber) from the hotel. To book a cab, visit the front desk and they will help reserve. It's very inexpensive and safe to and from the hotel.
If you want to go into Cabo San Lucas which is a 1/2 hour away You can schedule Private transportation with the company you booked to pick you up from the airport, or use your Uber app.
Lastly, if you want to rent a car to explore and go into Todos Santos or La Paz, I would suggest using National Rent A car. They have an office at the airport, or the Hotel can schedule for you.
