Pack your bags, we're setting sail to I DO! We've chosen a 5 Night Western Caribbean Cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas departing on Oct. 28th, 2024 out of Miami, FL for our Destination Wedding! To make booking your stateroom as simple as possible, we've partnered with a travel agent to help get you booked at our discounted group block rate.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only one (1) person from your party needs to complete the room reservation using the form below. You don't need to have 2 people in the same room to fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort. Rates quoted below are for 2 adults per stateroom, our travel agent can provide additional guest rates upon request.
3. Round trip transportation to and from the airport can be included in your booking price for an additional fee per guest and can be bundled in with your hotel room reservation payments.
4. To guarantee room availability and discounted group pricing, please book your room by submitting your reservation form and room deposit using the links below as soon as possible.

Stateroom Options and Pricing

Our group rate cabins are premium midship staterooms and the rate includes a refundable deposit if your plans change and you need to cancel before the final payment date, you will get a full refund.

Standard cabin pricing is also available for Aft or Forward staterooms with a deposit that is not refundable (if plans change and you have to cancel, Royal Caribbean keeps your full deposit) which may be a lower rate than our group rate for premium refundable deposit rates - please let our travel agent know if you would like pricing options on a standard room.

Premium Midship Balcony Stateroom – Take in breathtaking views from your Ocean View balcony stateroom, includes private balcony with chairs.

Total Price for Two Adults: $1928.58 includes taxes, port fees, and deposit is fully refundable.

Premium Midship Interior Stateroom – The most budget-friendly option, offering a cozy and comfortable retreat perfect for long naps after an adventure-filled day.

Total Price for Two Adults: $1338.58 includes taxes, port fees, and a fully refundable deposit.

Ocean View Stateroom – Soak in the scenes of sea and shore from the comfort of your own Ocean View room.

Pricing can be provided – Please submit a reservation booking form to receive your custom quote on an Ocean View stateroom.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of our Easy Monthly Payment Plan, it is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your payment in the secured reservation payment form online. It will give 9 Star Adventures Travel Agency, (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A deposit of $200 per stateroom is due at the time of booking, in order to secure your room.

The final balance is due by July 29, 2024. Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines will release any reservations not paid in full by the final due date.

The nearest airport to Port of Miami Cruise Terminal is Miami (MIA) Airport which is 6.4 miles away.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our travel agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

Staterooms are reserved at our discounted group rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our travel agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate if you book after the cutoff date, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. We recommend you reserve your room by submitting your booking form and deposit as early as possible. The cut off date to book your stateroom at the group discounded rate is June 29, 2024.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
