A room deposit (30% of package rate) is required to book your room. If you choose to purchase (optional) travel insurance, insurance is paid with your deposit.

Airfare
You are NOT required to book your air with Ashley, only your room. If you book your own air, please forward your airline confirmation email to Ashley by December 7, 2022 in order to receive your included transportation in Cabo.
We have a limited number of rooms pre-reserved for our group with the special set rate. Space is not guaranteed after these rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block.
Please book with the group! Doing so will ensure that you are officially recognized as part of our wedding group and ensure you receive our group rates (this also includes round-trip transportation while in Mexico!)
