We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and renting a car for a scenic 2hr drive to Sedona.
You could fly into the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) but this tends to require more layovers and is more expensive. It's also about a 1hr drive to Sedona as well.
