Room blocks will remain open through the cut-off dates listed below or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Room blocks have been reserved at the Courtyard Baltimore Downtown in Harbor East for the weekend of the wedding at the rate of $139 per night. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am at the Courtyard Marriott.

If you are interested in staying closer to the venue, you may want to check out the following hotels (Please note that neither hotel has a dedicated wedding weekend room block nor will transportation be provided to and from the wedding).

Transportation will be provided to the ceremony and reception from Harbor East.  Please arrive to the lobby of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront at 4pm to board the shuttles for a prompt 4:15pm departure. Return transport will leave BCC at 10:30pm, 11:15pm and 12am to bring guests back to the hotels in Harbor East.

For any of our guests planning to travel by plane, BWI is the closest airport to our wedding. It's about 12 miles from the Harbor East area of Baltimore where the reserved hotel blocks are located.
