A shuttle will pick up guests from the Courtyard Marriott Charlottesville and the La Quinta Inn & Suites. If you are staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton please go to the bus pickup at the Courtyard Marriott.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Keswick Vineyards. The ceremony will begin at 5 pm and will lead directly into cocktails and the reception (dinner & dancing)!

The dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors on a grass lawn.

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

We have a highly recommended option for childcare, Local Nanny Network, for infants up to school age children. They provide nannies during the wedding, or any other parts of the weekend you may need childcare, at the hotel. There are even options to group children together, to help split some of the costs.

If you are not ready for the night to end come join us for a few more drinks after the wedding. One of the buses will drop off near the downtown mall and we will walk 2 minutes to a popular local haunt called the Whiskey Jar. 

Once at the downtown mall it is easy to catch an uber or taxi back to the hotels, which are about 10-15 minutes away.
