WEDDING WEBSITE FORMAT
RSVP

Is there a Deadline to RSVP?

Yes.

Guests who do not RSVP by October 10, 2023, will be considered to have declined our invitation. We can only accommodate guests who confirm their attendance. As such, guests who do not RSVP will not be permitted to enter the venue.

Plus Ones

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, that person's name will be on your RSVP form. Please do not bring any additional guests not listed on your invitation. You will both be turned away at the door.

Childcare

Are children allowed to attend?

No.

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, with this same love, we ask that you make the appropriate arrangements for childcare on our wedding day. Parents who bring their children will not be permitted to enter the venue.

Unplugged Ceremony

Can I take photos and video during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony. That means that all phones, iPads, and cameras should be put away and turned to silent during the ceremony.  We've hired an amazing professional team to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person blocking that moment for the photographers to capture.

After the ceremony, take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Drinks

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly and we highly encourage a ride-share service (like Uber or Lyft) to get you there and back safely.

Please note: the bar will be closed briefly during the reception so we can have your undivided attention for special moments.

Accommodations

Where should we stay?

Visit the Travel + Hotels tab on our website to book your room through one of our hotel blocks. Please keep in mind that each hotel has a "cutoff" date that you must book your room by to get the discounted rate.

Parking Info

Where should I park for the event?

We encourage guests to Uber or Lyft to the venue to ensure you can enjoy the night safely [drink responsibly]. However, if you decide to drive to the event, please self-park or valet in the garage adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn and take the elevator to Level 1 and walk toward the sidewalk. The venue entrance is separate from the hotel. Once you are on Baker Street, take a left to start walking towards Ventanas, which will be on your left.

Weather Predictions

What type of weather should I prepare for?

Weather in Atlanta can be unpredictable! In the fall,  you can expect weather with a low in the 40's and high in the 60's. We recommend packing layers to ensure you are comfortable.

Our ceremony will be outside on a rooftop terrace. In case of rain, the ceremony will be relocated inside. However, the Bride's mother has assured us that the Farmer's Almanac has great weather in store for the day!

Attire

What is the attire for the wedding ceremony and reception?

This is a black-tie event, so dress to impress!
Black tie traditionally means tuxedos or formal suits for men and floor length formal gowns for ladies.

Avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride — white and ivory.
