Puglia has two airports, Bari (International Airport) and Brindisi Salento (Local Airport).
Brindisi is located 30 minutes from Lecce, the town closest to our venue, so we recommend flying into here where possible. You can fly from Stansted, Gatwick or Manchester.
Bari is further north of the region, 1 hour 45 from Lecce. You can fly from Stansted, Gatwick or Liverpool.
If you live in other parts of the world and are struggling to get to Puglia, we recommend flying to Rome Fiumicino airport, and taking a 1 hour connecting flight to one of the Apulian airports (there are over 15 flights a day to Puglia). Rome can be reached from Larnaca, Atlanta, Hong Kong & all UK airports.
The fastest way to Lecce is by car (preferably pre-booked). If you are staying for longer, we recommend hiring a car so you can explore the region. There are several inexpensive car rental options, using the links below. (When hiring a car, most require a credit card as payment method)

Both airports also offer transport via buses and trains.
If you are planning to take a taxi, please pre-book where possible. They charge an extortionate amount for a short journey.
Be aware, Uber does not exist in Puglia!
Please make your travel arrangements as soon as possible for the best rates and availability.
Below are only suggestions of accommodation - there are plenty of options across booking.com, airb&b, hotels.com and more!
Below should answer any questions you may have, however if you still unsure please message Keely or Ilkan
WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
We kindly ask for you to rsvp early or at the very latest by February 27th. Unfortunately, if we don't hear from you by this date, we'll assume you are unable to make the celebration.
CAN I BRING A +1?
We are limited on numbers due to the venue size, so sadly won't be able to accommodate any additional guests, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the wedding weekend. If you are bringing your children as part of a longer holiday, we will be happy to help you look for a babysitting service.
HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE?
We have organised for coach transport to pick up and drop guests off from Porta Napoli in Lecce. Timings for pick up and drop off are listed on the schedule page of the website
If you are staying elsewhere in Puglia, you will need to arrange your own transport- we advise you pre-book as cabs are non-existent
WHAT TIME IS THE COACH PICK UP AND DROP OFF?
Ceremony:
Pick up: 2pm
Drop off: Shuttle service between midnight and 2am
Pool Party:
Pick up: 1.30pm
Drop off: 7pm
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Should you wish to drive, there is parking at the venue, which you are welcome to leave your car overnight at. Please let us know if you plan to drive so we know how many spaces are left available for others.
Please do not drink and drive.
HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK MY FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATION?
Flights tend to get booked up pretty quickly so we advise booking as soon as you know if you are coming. Although there is ample accommodation in Lecce, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
CAN I STAY AT THE WEDDING VENUE?
Unfortunately there are limited rooms at the venue, so unless you have been asked by the Bride and Groom, you will be unable to book a room. Alternative accommodation is suggested in the "Travel & FAQ'S" section of the site.
IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors to make the most of the lovely weather. The evening reception will move indoors when the temperature dips.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
May is typically a dry and warm month. It's the start of the summer season with average temperatures of 23-24 degrees, while evenings are slightly milder lowering to 18 degrees. There will be plenty of shade at the venue should it get too hot.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
While we want you to be comfortable, we ask that you wear semi-formal attire (dresses, suits etc). We're expecting temperatures to be lovely and warm, so think summer wedding dressing - linens, breathable fabrics. Goes without saying but if you are a girl, do not wear white or cream
WHAT KIND OF SHOES SHOULD/SHOULDN'T I WEAR?
There will be various floor types throughout the day, some concrete, some grass so please wear appropriate shoes. You're welcome to bring sandals/flats for the evening should you wish to change from high heels, however please refrain from wearing flip-flops or casual shoes during the day.
IS IT OKAY TO TAKE PHOTOS ON OUR PHONES THROUGHOUT THE DAY?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos throughout the day, however during the ceremony, we would prefer you to not take any photos and join us in being fully present.
I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?
When you RSVP, there is a section for you to let us know any dietary requirements or food allergies. Please note, this will be used to determine what food you eat at the dinner. You will be unable to choose your specific meal however, our caterers accommodate all dietary requirements so you won't miss out!
ARE THERE ANY OTHER EVENTS THAT I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT AROUND THE WEDDING?
In the "Schedule" section of the site, we have listed an additional 2 events that we'd love for you to attend! You'll need to RSVP to those too as we'll need to plan ahead on numbers. Please do not feel obliged to attend these additional events if you can only make the wedding day itself.
