Please contact our destination wedding specialist, Aimee from Modern Romance Travel to set up your accommodations at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. They have negotiated a discounted wedding group rate with round trip ground transportation for us.
The cost for a Deluxe Oceanview Room is $721.92 per person for three nights (based on double occupancy). Each additional night is $222.31 per person.
You can travel anytime from May 17, 2023-May 23, 2023. If you are interested in another room category, please contact Aimee for more information.
This rate includes all accommodations, gourmet meals, beverages (including alcohol), activities, gratuities, taxes, and round-trip ground transportation from the airport.
Airfare is NOT included and will be booked on your own. You will fly into the Los Cabos International (SJD) airport.
Once your flight is booked Modern Romance Travel will need you to email them your flight information so they can coordinate your ground transfer from the airport to the hotel.
The deposit is only $100 per person to reserve your room. The room deposit is non-refundable unless you purchase travel insurance. Please book your room by using the link below by November 15, 2022. The final payment (remaining balance) is due on February 7, 2023.
All you have to do is contact them and let them know that you are attending "Katrina and Michael’s Wedding”. The group rate is the lowest you will find for the accommodations, plus your room will be near the rest of the wedding guests.
If you are planning to attend our wedding, you MUST book via the group block as it includes our private wedding events.

Please note: Any deviations made after final payment (February 7, 2023) will result in a $25 change fee. Guests will have until 6 PM PST on the final payment date to make their payment. If payment is not received by this time guests will be assessed a 10% late fee which is added to your invoice. Guests have three days to make payment in full, if after this time Modern Romance Travel has not received payment your reservation will auto cancel and all monies paid to date are forfeited, and non- refundable.
Cancellation schedule:
• From now– 3/9/23 – $100 per person nonrefundable deposit lost, plus any additional hotel penalties will be assessed at time of cancellation.
• 3/10/23 - 0 days – No refund, full penalty applies

*How do I book my trip?
Use the link above to book your room with our travel agent. You will be responsible for booking your flights.
*Do I need a passport?
Yes. You need a passport to travel to Mexico. If you already have a passport it is time to check that they have not expired. If you need a passport, we recommend giving yourself a minimum of six months to allow for processing time.
*What if I choose to stay at another resort?
We highly recommend that you stay with our group at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica as it includes ALL private wedding events.
If you choose to stay at an alternative site, you be responsible for purchasing a Wedding Day Pass in advance in order to attend any events hosted at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort. Wedding Day passes start at $149 for Juniors 12-17 and $219 Adults. This will ONLY allow you on property for that event.
*How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Private transportation to and from the airport will be included once you book your travel with Modern Romance Travel. Once your flight is booked Modern Romance Travel will need you to email them your flight information so they can coordinate your ground transfer from the airport to the hotel. *Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommended and allows you to cancel for any covered reason and is available via Modern Romance Travel as well.
How long will the Bride & Groom be there?
We will be arriving on Wednesday May 17th and returning Monday, May 22nd.
*When should guests start arriving?
We suggest arriving by Thursday, May 18th to fulfill your 3 night minimum.
*What if I want to stay longer?
If you would like to stay for additional nights please reach out to Aimee, our travel agent and she will be able to assist with your request.
*Do I need to be vaccinated to go to Mexico?
Currently the COVID - 19 vaccination is not required to enter Mexico or to return to the United States. A PCR or Rapid Antigen test is not required to enter Mexico but IS REQUIRED to return back to the United States 24 hours prior to departure. The resort provides this service, so please be sure to ask the front desk upon arrival to assist you in scheduling an appointment.

*What time will events start?
All events will be listed in the events tab closer to the event date.
*Is there a dress code?
Wedding: Semi-formal and cocktail attire. Dress pants preferred. Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be in the sand but, cocktail hour and reception will be on a hard surface, plan accordingly.
Resort Restaurants: All restaurants are resort casual
*Will children be allowed at this event?
Our wedding will be held at an adults only property therefore, children will not be allowed on property. If you would like to bring your children you will have to stay off property and find childcare during wedding events. Pueblo Bonito Sunset is a great alternative as it is a short shuttle ride away from Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and is a family friendly resort.
*Can I bring guests?
Unfortunately we have a strict guest list. You are welcome to bring guests to stay with you at the hotel to reduce room costs for yourself but, only guests listed on the invite will be allowed at planned wedding events.
*Do you have a wedding hashtag?
Yes! Please use #WilliamsBeMyForever for any wedding related pictures!
*Is it ok to take pictures during the ceremony?
We would love for you to take photos during most events and share them using our hashtag #WilliamsBeMyForever.
However, we ask that you please refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We will have professional pictures and videos taken for us and will be happy to share them with you
