Woohoo! Pack your bags, we are going to Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay in the Punta Mita area just north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Our host hotels are Dreams and Secrets Bahia Mita which is about a 35min drive from the airport. We have already arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Just one form per room.

2. Dreams and Secrets Bahia Mita Resorts sit in one large complex. One side is Dreams and the other is Secrets. Dreams is a family-friendly property while Secrets is the adult only side. Guests staying at the Secrets side have full access to the Dreams side. However guests staying on the Dreams side will not have access to the Secrets side.

3. The max occupancy per room varies based on which room category is chosen. See the "Accomodation" section for details. If you want to be on the "adults only" side please make sure you are choosing a room that says "Secrets" in the room category name.

4. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico.

5. To guarantee availability and pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

The closest airport to the resort is the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). It is an international airport in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can and securing flights that work best with your schedule. You can reserve your flights directly with your preferred airline. Please plan to arrive at least 24 – 48 hours before the wedding day in case of any delays or cancellations. A friendly reminder that the wedding is Wednesday, October 2nd 2024.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight and hotel as a package, this can be arranged with our Travel Agent during the initial reservation request. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question, and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates. *Please note that if you decide to package your hotel + flight together in one package, the reservation becomes non-refundable. So we recommend either purchasing travel insurance OR purchase flights seperately on your own.

If you arrive at Dreams or Secrets Bahia Mita before the check-in time, you can utilize all of the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other essentials to take advantage of the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

Included in the price are shared transfers to and from the Puerto Vallarta airport and Dreams/Secrets Bahia Mita. These are non-stop shared transfers with other guests on them

If you would like to purchase private transfers, you have the 2 options below:

- Private non-stop bus transfer which can fit up to 6 persons: $369 total round trip.

- Private luxury transfer (SUV) which can fit up to 4 persons: $388 total round trip.

**Please contact Sunlover travel fif you wish to add private transfers to your reservation.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group block and not through any other method (not directly with the hotel, not any other travel site). We have negotiated discounted group rate and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. Additional fees would apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property (day passes are limited and not guaranteed to be available, so we don't recommend staying off property). The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, shared transfers to/from the hotel as well as hotel tax and fees. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights or more. Dreams/Secrets Bahia Mita have a 3 night minimum.

• Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) with Kerri at Sunlover Travel (kerri@sunlovertravel.com) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

No changes can be made on a reservation once you are within 30 days of travel.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION NO LATER THAN:

DEPOSIT: is $50 per person (ie: if 2 persons are sharing a room the deposit is $100, if 2 adults and a child are sharing a room the deposit is $150)

FINAL PAYMENT: Due no later than May 10th 2024. All payments must be received by that date or the rooms will be canceled. There are no exceptions to this so please plan your payments according.

CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel beforeMay 10th 2024 and any payments are fully refundable. Cancel after May 10th 2024 and all payments become non-refundable. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforseen events that may cause last minute cancelations.

SEND YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS: By July 15th 2024 You will be reminded to send in your flight information to Sunlover Travel no later than 60 days prior to departure.

• After submitting your form, Sunlover Travel will send you an invoice showing your room category, dates, deposit and balance information within 48 hours (unless you submit your form on the weekend or holiday).

• If you checked "yes" for the optional insurance on the registration form, you will be contacted about ainsurance with the options and pricing. Insurance can only be added at time of deposit so we cannot move forward with your room until we hear back from you.

• 2 -4 weeks prior to your final payment deadline, Sunlover Travel will send you a reminder email in case you need to update your file with a new card.

• Once your final payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice showing paid in full. You will receive a second email shortly after with your travel documents.

• You will be reminded to send in your flight information to Sunlover Travel no later than 60 days prior to departure.

• As we get closer to travel, Sunlover will send a group email with additional information and tips on traveling to Puerto Vallarta!

Why do I need travel insurance?

Because sometimes, you have to cancel a trip at last-minute. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs – including vacation rentals, car rentals, hotels, and flights – if you have to cancel for a covered reason.
-Travel delays leave you stranded.
-Travel Insurance can reimburse you for eligible meals, accommodations, and transportation expenses during a covered delay.
-You get sick or hurt when you are far from home.

During the reservation process, the registration form asks whether you are interested in travel insurance. Simply, select 'yes', and you will receive a quote directly from our travel agent. There are two options for insurance. Both are "Cancel For Any Reason".

Option 1: refund in the form of a voucher to be used within 1 year of cancelation - $129.99 per person

Option 2: refund cash back to credit card on file - $284.99 per person

To start the reservation process, please use the link below. Deposit information will be required at time of booking. You must complete the reservation form in order to book your room.

We have the rooms contracted in the room block from September 29th - October 6th 2024. Please note some room categories are 3-45 nights while others are 6-7 nights. If you require dates outside of what we have reserved in the room block, please choose the room category you are seeking and then type in the desired dates on the form. Kerri will be in contact with you regarding the request.

Once your reservation request form is received, your request and deposit will be processed and you will be sent an invoice. If there are questions or more information is needed, our travel agent will reach out via email.

You don't have to pay all at once. The minimum deposit amount is $50 per person. Book early and make payments when it is convenient for you. Simply email kerri@sunlovertravel.com when you would like to make a payment with the card you place on file.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. A passport card will NOT work. Please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Sunlover Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

DO I NEED A COVID TEST?

At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico and no testing is required to enter the United States.

AM I REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED?

No. At this time Mexico does not require proof of vaccination to enter.

CAN WE MAKE ROOM REQUESTS?

Yes. At the time of booking, just note your request. Maybe it is a certain building or room number. Maybe you want to be next to a certain couple or maybe you have a dietary restriction or allergy. That would all go in the "special requests" section on the registration form. Please remember these are only requests, not guarantees. However, the resort does their best to accomodate when possible.
