It was a mutual friend who originally connected us over the distance spanning Pangantucan and Cagayan de Oro. However, after a few months of casual text messages, Jigz decided to visit me in in my hometown, that was our first “official” date. The once in a awhile sms became a volley of text messages which led to four hour phone conversations. We were already together for a year when we decided to try our luck in Ireland. It was not an easy endeavor, all our trials and tribulations made us stronger together. On July 2015 Jigz proposed in our favorite Italian restaurant while Moon River was playing in the piano, we tied the knot on September and the rest is history.
