Please wear white for this fun twist on tradition! Shoes and bags should be white if possible but beige or nude for ladies is fine and brown is ok for men!

There is no need to dress formally if you don't want to and we encourage fun accessories! (Big white hats, feather boas etc)!

Children should wear white too!

Ladies, some of the event maybe on grass so plan to wear appropriate shoes!

Légère entorse à la tradition, nous demandons à tous nos invités, enfants y compris, de s'habiller en blanc ! Exception possible pour les chaussures et les sacs à main... Pas la peine se s'habiller de manière formelle si vous ne le souhaitez pas, et n'hésitez pas à ajouter des accessoires atypiques (grand chapeau blanc, boa à plumes blanc...).

Mesdames, l’événement se déroulera dans une ambiance champêtre, principalement sur pelouse, donc prévoyez les chaussures adéquates !

If you are arriving at Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris:

1. Rent a car and drive: From Paris, via the A5 motorway - 2h20 (200km)

2. Catch a train and then call a taxi. The Château de Vaux is located 28 km from the Troyes train station, via the D671 road. The train direct from Paris: direct TER train (1h30)

To get from the airport to the train station: Within the airport there is the CDGVal which is a free automatic shuttle between terminals of the airport. It also links you to the train into Paris, specifically you need the RER B train to Gare du Nord.

Catch the RER B train to Gare du Nord then you must transfer to Paris Est to catch a regional TER train into Troyes.

Depuis Paris, en voiture il faut prendre l'A5 direction Lyon/Troyes, puis sortie 21 (Troyes-Sud, Tonnerre). Au rond-point de sortie, prendre la première à droite direction Dijon sur la D671 pendant environ 14km. L'accès au château se situe sur la droite, un peu après la sortie de Fouchères, et le chemin d'accès fait 2,5km, parking sur la droite en arrivant. .

Si tu viens en train, c'est départ Gare de l'Est arrivée Troyes, réserve les billets sur SNCF. Ensuite il faut soit prendre un taxi, soit louer une voiture.

We have listed some accommodation options below if guests wish to stay extra nights before and/or after the wedding. Remember, all guests can stay at the Chateau for free the night of the wedding!

We also encourage you to check Air B&B for rental options. If you are interested in renting a large house as a group please email us to help organise!

Be warned that France is hosting the Olympics and Troyes will host several guests in addition to it being the busy summer season so please book early!

Tout le monde est invité à dormir sur place au château le soir du mariage (le samedi 11 août 2024) !!

Pour ceux qui désirent rester dans les environs quelques jours de plus avant ou après le mariage, nous avons listé ci-dessous quelques exemples d'hôtels de la région troyenne. Il y a aussi de nombreux B&B disponibles. Petit rappel : la France accueille les Jeux Olympiques l'été prochain, mieux vaut s'y prendre à l'avance pour réserver...

La Licorne is a brand new 5 star hotel and Spa in Troyes, prices start at €270/night.

Maison de Rhodes is in the old town and also has a spa and restaurant, prices start at €250/night.

There is also a very nice Best Western called La Poste which also has a spa and is very central. Prices from €100/night
