Your best option for flights are directly into Sydney. The venue is then 2.5 hrs from the airport. 

To all my Saffas... please ensure you apply well in advance for a visa.

You will need to create an IMMI account. Select Visitor and then Visitor Visa (600). You will need to know your dates of entry and the addresses of your stay.

The application fees are changed on the 1st of July every year. 

At the end of the process you will be given a VLN number. Use this number to make an appointment with the TLSconact visa application center.

Biometric data will need to be collected (fingerprints etc).

The process is pretty easy and you can apply online and it costs AU$20.00 I did this just before I boarded my flight on my first journey to Aus. Subclass 601 is the easiest visa for Americans to obtain...

eVisitor visa is the way. AU$20 will get you that.

Tanilba House is a cute, colonial gem, hidden about 2 hours from Sydney in the seaside town of Tanilba Bay. It's recommended that the guests find accommodations in Nelson's Bay. We will be providing a shuttle service to get everyone to and from the venue. 

We have a shuttle service that will provide transport to and from the wedding venue. The bus will be departing from the following locations. 

Departing from the Shoal Bay Country Club at 2:15pm

Departing from Nelson's Bay Woolworths at 2:30pm

Please be courteous to us on our special day and arrive early at the pick-up location nearest to you. The wedding bus wont be able to wait and you will have to find your own transport to the venue.

The wedding venue will close at 10:00PM. The shuttle will transport everyone back to the pick-up locations.
