We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Weinberger-Kirkpatrick wedding party that are booked through us will not be placed in another resort due to overbooking.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Lisell Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum deposit of $200 per room is due no later than July 1, 2020, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than Sunday, October 25th to take full advantage of the wedding festivities.

We recommend booking your flights as EARLY as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

Flights can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and airport preferences for published rates.

Flight information must be submitted no later than August 24, 2020 or airport transfers will be forfeited.

Optional Travel Protection pricing upon request. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost.*

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfers.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100+ a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Lisell Travel, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
