Galway Downs is a one of a kind equestrian facility that hosts an array of events from polo matches to weddings. It sits on 240 acres, with the sounds of water running from every angle you walk. We hope that as guests, you will take advantage of touring this beautiful property!

We ask that you please arrive in cocktail attire, yet remain comfortable enough to party all night long with us! 

Ladies, there are many grassy spots, so please where shoes according to the grassy terrain. 

5:30 - Ceremony 

6:00 - Cocktail hour 

7:10 - Grand entrance

7:30 - Dinner service 

8:00 - Dancing begins 

10:00 - Grand exit

We will have parking attendants on site directing traffic on where to park. Please be advised it does get dark in the evening so please use caution and safety while making your way back to your car at night!

We will have beer, wine, soda, and juice availabe to guests throughout cocktail hour and reception. A cash bar will also be provided. Please use responsibilty and safety while driving home at night!

Cocktail hour will presume immediately following reception which will include various hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

Main course: 

- Chicken Cordon Bleu with Chardonnay Sauce

- Oven Roasted Salmon with Tarragon Butter Sauce

- Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus
with Creamed Horseradish

During the reception, we will also be serving the following 

- Fresh rolls and butter

- 8 assorted salad

- A potato dish

- Seasoned vegetables 

Wedding cake!!!!

The greatest gift you can give us is to be present at our wedding. We will be having an unplugged ceremony so please keep your phones, cameras & Ipads in your bag during this time.

You are welcome to take snaps at the reception but please remember we have amazing photographers & videographers on hand to capture all of these moments . We would much rather see your faces over your devices, especially during our entrance, first dance and cutting of the cake.
