Sayulita is a small town! We recommend taking a shuttle from the airport. No need to rent a car.
The hotel can help you arrange transportation or group transportation with a notice no later than a month before your arrival. (You will need your flight details to give them, six passengers total) or 10 seater vans.
They will pick you up with cold waters, beer, and tequila. $160 round trip! 40-50min drive from the airpot.

Golf Cart Rentals
Narrow streets and minimal parking so golf carts can be great!
The golf cart rentals are for $55 USD per 24 hours, there is a place where you can charge them on hotel property. Contact amor boutique hotel for golf cart reservation a few days before arrival and have it delivered at time needed.
