The dress code is formal attire. However, nothing matters more to us than your presence, so feel free to come as you are.
Note: The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly.
Due to the nature of the venue and for safety, this is an adults-only celebration. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you do require a babysitter, we suggest checking out Hunter Valley Babysitting. We recommend doing your own research to find the right babysitter for you.
Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley
We have arranged a group code for our guests to stay at the beautiful Crowne Plaza, only 8 mins away from the wedding venue. They have a variety of Room and Villa options to suit everyone's needs.

A self-contained group or couple house accommodation which is located a few minutes away from Lilies. Just behind the accommodation is Emerson's restaurant - our recovery location! So, you can roll out of bed and continue the celebrations at your doorstep.

Shuttles from Crowne Plaza
As Uber and taxies are limited we have organised two shuttles running from the Crowne Plaza to Lilies Luxury Retreats for the wedding day. They will be available for you use to arrive at the ceremony and get you home. Alternatively, you could book a vehicle through our friends at Astra Limousines or reach out to a local driver.
Drive
We will have on-site parking available. Also, feel free to leave your car and collect the following day if you wish.
Taxi
As Uber's are unavailable and Taxis are very limited, we suggest booking a Taxi in advance. We suggest checking out Cessnock Radio Cabs or Taxico
