We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.
We've chosen to stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres in Cancun - an All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!
To make things simple, we've hired a Groups Travel Agent, Heather Gowen with Magical Moments Vacations, to help our guests arrange accommodations. They have secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. There is a 3 night stay minimum. Please arrive at the resort no later than Monday, April 22nd, 2024. Friendly reminder, the wedding is Wednesday, April 24th, 2024.
This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort for up to 7 nights within our discounted room block.
2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due in order to secure your room. This MUST be made by December 1st, 2023.
3. Rooms can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children comfortably and most room types cannot exceed this.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! We have 12 rooms in our room block. Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees.
5. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort starting from $160+ a day/per person which is basically the same cost as actually staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates.
6. Please book your own flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, transportation to and from the Cancun airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

While MMV can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach ME! and I will work diligently to get the problem solved.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Jennifer & Anthony's Wedding Party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Please allow up to 24 hours for an email response for a non-emergency.
There are 3 major due dates to be aware of:
December 1st, January 3rd and February 3rd.
On December 1st, $150 per person is due - this will secure your room. This MUST be received by this date to be booked.
On January 3rd, $800 per room must be paid.
On February 3rd, the remaining balance of your room is due.
These are strict dates and the rooms WILL cancel if payments are not received by these dates.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Heather Gowen, Magical Moments Vacations permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

The airport we're flying into is Cancun (CUN)
We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included!
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.
*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.
- On the way home, a layover of 2-3 hours is ideal. Anything less is risky

Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date.
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.
If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport, or need to renew it, click below.
Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.
But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Heather will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the 12 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The exclusive rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $125+ a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of MMV please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Any room booked outside the room block WILL NOT be serviced by Heather and WILL NOT count towards any group amenities.
