We chose Fairmont Austin as the designated hotel for our families and friends to meet, greet, mingle, and navigate throughout the weekend! We have a wedding room block that offers a special discounted rate for your stay. The block is on a first come, first serve basis with limited amount of rooms available, so try to book early to secure your accommodations. :)

HOW TO RESERVE
Option 1: Use the booking link here to reserve your room directly from the Hodges/Cavazos Wedding Block portal.
Option 2: Call the Reservations Department at 1-800-257-7544 or Global Reservations Centre at 1-888-240-7773. The Fairmont recommends that callers identify themselves as being with the Hodges/Cavazos Wedding Block for ease of booking.
WEDDING SHUTTLE SERVICES - R&R LIMOUSINE & BUS
The Fairmont will be the only pick-up and drop-off location for the wedding shuttles. Since the venue is 24 miles from the hotel, we wanted to accommodate transportation for our guests. Shuttles will be waiting in the parking lot behind the hotel lobby. Below is the wedding shuttle schedule:
3:00PM departure from Fairmont Austin – At 2:45PM the shuttles will arrive at Fairmont Austin. The shuttles plan to depart the hotel at 3:00PM, and no later than 3:25PM. Shuttles will arrive at The Greenhouse between 4:00PM and 4:15PM.
9:00PM early shuttle departure from The Greenhouse at Driftwood – Since the shuttles will be waiting at the venue from the ceremony drop-off, guests can begin to board the shuttle at 8:40PM. The shuttles will drop off guests at the hotel between 9:30PM and 9:45PM.
10:30PM final shuttle departure from The Greenhouse at Driftwood– Immediately after the send-off, guests can board the shuttles for final departure. The shuttles will drop off the guests at the hotel between 11:00PM and 11:15PM.
ABOUT THE HOTEL
Fairmont Austin finished construction and opened in 2018. It's well located in the downtown area and within walking distance to many great sights and restaurants. The hotel also has multiple restaurants and bars on-site, as well as a world-class spa, fitness center and a seasonal heated pool. It is a short walk to some of our favorite spots on Rainey Street, close to great music venues and a block from the I-35 exit. Besides the amazing hotel amenities, the location speaks for itself!
There are tons of great restaurants in the area! Some of our recommendations are Swift's Attic, Parkside, La Condesa, Red Ash and El Naranjo.
Rainey Street is a strip of craftsman style bungalow bars/restaurants in the downtown area. It's one of our preferred spots in Austin to go out! A couple of bars we recommend are Craft Pride and Half Step.
There are also some great cocktail bars nearby. One of our favorites is Small Victory.
