The Australia Rockery Lawn is located near the Opera House entry to the garden. Catch a bus, train or ferry to Circular Quay and walk to the garden or taxi or Uber drop off to the Macquarie St roundabout & walk to the Australian Rockery Lawn.
There is paid parking around the garden
& at The Domain carpark.

Please join us after the I do's for a celebratory bubbles or two, before making your way to Redfern. Feel free to duck into one of the many local pubs before meeting us at Misfits for a 5.45pm start! More info can be found in the HARVEY PARTY event.
This is a grown ups event, however newborns & very little people are more than welcome to attend the ceremony.
Unfortunately the reception venue is not suitable for kids, prams & will be fairly loud. If you are travelling and are having difficulty arranging a babysitter please let us know. We will have a Freddie sitter at our accomodation close by who may be able to assist.
Misifts is a 15 min taxi or Uber from the Gardens. Otherwise hop on a train from Circular Quay to Redfern. The venue is is a 15 min walk from the station with many places to quench your thirst along the way.
There is paid street parking available close to the venue.
Follow the neon lights, mural of 70s icon Twiggy and groovy soundtrack up the staircase to join The Harvey Party! The evening will be more drinks & dancing than formalities, but there are plenty of cosy corners to chill out & catch up with friends.
We understand that we are pushing ahead with our plans despite the Covid situation. We completely understand that travelling to Sydney & attending our wedding may not the right time for you or someone in your family. If you are unable to attend, no hard feelings. We are confident that we can arrange a live stream/zoom event so you can still be with us on the day! Alternatively, if it works for you, please do join us for the Ceremony which is being held outside in the fresh open air, you can RSVP for both events separately.
With all of this in mind, we would also kindly request that if possible all attending guests take a rapid antigen test the night before or morning of the wedding to ensure they are not unknowingly carrying Covid. We realise that sadly this means some people may miss our special day, but we do have some immune compromised & older guests so it is important to us that we make our best effort to ensure the event is as Covid safe as possible. You are also welcome to wear a mask during the event & the reception location will be following covid safe guidelines.
